| Its a virus... avoid using Gmail, avoid viewing any email sent from a Gmail account, block all email coming from a Gmail address. If you enjoy not getting adult content emails, or if you enjoy not getting email spamed, then avoid Gmail at all costs. Over the past 3 days, my Gmail account received over 550 emails and over 700 spam emails in just three days. With my hotmail account I usually get about 1-5 spam emails a day, but just recently I started receiving emails from a friend using a Gmail account and my spam has jumped up to 30+ on my hotmail. I have decided to block all Gmail accounts to see what effect it will have on my incoming spam. But like I said, Gmail is pure EVIL when it comes to the account of Spam, they sure really invest in spam filters that WORK! _________________ I know a lot of people without brains who do an awful lot of talking. - The Wizard of Oz . why do I try???????? - Lynelle Brian the Grand master! - Gavin |

| I had the same problem....without EVER giving out or using my original gmail account. I then set up a new account with and have only recently begun receiving spam - again while never giving out the address. I don't get it. _________________ I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges

| I've tried alot of different free emails... Gmail is by far the worse! So to fix the problem, everyone needs to put Gmail on their denied list so no gmail can get through. That way we can force the lazy people to switch to a non-spam email. My strong dislike for gmail is starting to take a turn for the worse, its almost border line hate. _________________ I know a lot of people without brains who do an awful lot of talking. - The Wizard of Oz . why do I try???????? - Lynelle Brian the Grand master! - Gavin |

| I know I have said this before, but I REALLY HATE GMAIL!!!! I love google search but that is it. I haven't checked gmail in about a week or so, this morning I had 630 new msg's (all junk) and 1788 junk mails. How in the heck does someone get that much junk mail in a week. Google needs to invest in some junk mail filters!!!!!!!!!! _________________ I know a lot of people without brains who do an awful lot of talking. - The Wizard of Oz . why do I try???????? - Lynelle Brian the Grand master! - Gavin |
