But they couldn't agree on a date, or the destination, or from where to leave from (gas being so expensive and all you know).....So they had to resort to... |

| drawing straws. As a joke Jared had voted for a cruise to war-torn Russian and his straw had won. Everyone groaned but submitted that the straws had made the final decision and none could alter it. So they packed their bags and boarded the ship one crisp Tuesday morning...

The ship *cruise* ship turned out to be a whaler, headed for Siberia. However the Glovers were given the best berths and got to sit at the Captains table. Upon finding out that their quarters were less than ideal the family decided too..... |

reason prevailed. Who would assume the care of 4 little girls and their mother? Who could afford to send Ginny to the 'Red Door Spa?' Since it was obvious that on this *cruise* there would be no all night buffet, nightly entertainment or insipid games, the family decided that as punishment, Jared would have to fulfill these duties... |

But then someone remembered that they better lay down some ground rules for Jared's entertainment otherwise they may be running around shooting each other with paintball or spending hours playing Mario Cart...so they sat down to make a list of things that were acceptable...

| jared on the other hand since not wanting to be there while they decided on entertainment, went down to see the enigine on the boat(ship).. He saw imedietly that if u pulled the on the govenor chain it would go faster.. So he started pulling on it and the boat began to fly thru the water at a great rate of speed.. (I think we are going to need a battle in this on too  )
