Easy Layered Taco Pie

1 Pkg. Morningstar Crumbles

2 cups shredded lettuce
refried beans (optional)
sliced green onions (optional)
sour cream (optional)
spicy ranch dressing(optional)

Preheat oven to 350.
Warm Crumbles in medium sauce pan. Add taco seaon and stir well. Stir in water a little at a time until wet. Warm for a couple minutes longer.
In a pie plate, place one tortilla. Spread some of the refried beans onto a tortilla, top with half of the crumbles mixture, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese, spread more of the refried beans onto another tortilla and place on top, add remaining crumbles mixture and another 1/3 of the cheese, place another torilla on top. Top with salsa.
Heat in oven for 5-10 minutes. Just until warm and the cheese is melted.
