This is a great recipe to make instead of the same boring burritos!

Burritos El Grande

1 Pkg. Morningstar Crumbles
1 16oz. jar Salsa
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 cup white rice, uncooked (optional)
1 can (16oz.) refried beans
6 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups mexican shredded cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes(optional)
Sour Cream(optional
Spicy Ranch Dressing(optional)

Warm Crumbles in medium sauce pan. Add salsa and green pepper; mix well.
Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5min.
Apread beans evely down centers of tortillas; top evenly with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Flod in opposite sides of each torilla, then roll up burrito style.
Serve with the optional sour cream or spicy ranch dressing.
