Here's another:

Pumpkin spice & Apple Dessert
• 1 package of Pumpkin Spice mix
• 8 ounces cream cheese softened
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
(Mix above together and set aside.)
• 1 can pie apples - chop the apples into small
pieces
• add cinnamon and sugar to taste
• 2 packages of cinnamon graham crackers
crushed
• 1½ cups of melted butter
1. Place the crushed graham crackers and the
butter in a bowl – mix with a fork – it will be
like a sand mixture.
2. Scoop a teaspoon of mix into mini cupcake
pan – press to make a shell.
3. Bake 2 minutes at 350 – put in refrigerator
to cool. When cool, take out of pan and
spoon in apple filling.
